"HR Scape 3.0" is a cloud service that supports a "job-based" human resources system, career development, and the growth of digital transformation (DX) talent. It defines the necessary roles to achieve management vision and business strategy, detailing job content, business items, required behavioral traits, and necessary skills in a job description known as a job description document. By assigning roles to employees, it plans to build a robust organization to realize business strategies. Tasks (assignments) that make up the roles can be uniquely defined for each company, and by utilizing predefined skill standards created by the IPA (Information-technology Promotion Agency) and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (initially using the i-Competency Dictionary), it is possible to cultivate the DX talent necessary for organizations and teams. Additionally, a career advancement sheet that supports career development and employee growth can be set on an annual evaluation basis, allowing for wage determination and bonus assessment based on the end-of-term evaluation using a continuous salary table.
